Sea moss gummies that actually taste good.

Most of us know sea moss as a grey gel in a jar. It tastes of the sea, lives in the fridge and lasts about a week.

So we put it in a gummy: Irish sea moss with bladderwrack and burdock root, 5,680mg in every two and every amount printed on the label.

Strawberry, Apple or Mango. Two vegan gummies. No fridge, no spoon.

Two a day is becoming routine. Taking our other gummies too? Have them at the same time, so it is one habit, not three.

In the research: that UK study checked in at day 14. In Greenland, researchers went to the source, tracking how the body takes up iodine from a meal of Irish moss itself. In Ireland it has been boiled into carrageen pudding for generations.

Frequently Asked

Questions before you buy

It's the mineral spread Irish sea moss is known for: 92 of the 102 minerals often listed as essential. It's printed on our bottle, next to every amount: 3,200mg sea moss, 2,000mg bladderwrack and 480mg burdock root.

Yes. Our Sea Moss Gummies were tested by Eurofins Food Testing UK, a UKAS accredited lab, for lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury, plus eight microbiology checks including E. coli, Listeria, yeasts and moulds. The results were within the limits Eurofins checks against (certificate AR-23-CC-020460-01, reported February 2023). You can see the certificate in the product photos, and we're happy to send a copy: email hello@healthieroptions.uk.

Sea moss and bladderwrack naturally contain iodine, and the amount varies from harvest to harvest, so we don't print a fixed iodine figure per gummy. If you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, speak to your GP before use.

They're the three botanicals sea moss is most often paired with, so we put all three in one gummy at 5,680mg per two, with every amount on the label. They are traditionally used to support everyday wellbeing and a mineral-rich diet.

It varies from person to person, so we won't promise a timeline. Sea moss is traditionally eaten as an everyday food rather than a quick fix, so it's typically taken daily over weeks and months, not days. Give it a fair go: two gummies every day for at least a full bottle, which lasts 30 days.

Yes, it's one of the three in our Daily Three bundle, with Ashwagandha and Saffron. Two of each a day.
