I bought my working teenage son and myself. It's very good.
It does help me energy wise however I am experiencing constipation therefore I won’t be able to use it on daily basis. Also there is not enough information about this product in package I believe. I started with two a day however complications were I was angry so I believe starting with one gummy a day instead of 2 a day but energy wise help Deffinitely.
My kids love them ,the smell and the taste is amazing. Quality is very good not to many ingredients,my kids don t eat fish so this is a good sources of omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for health.
