Supplement bundles have a reputation, and it is not a great one. Too often they are a way to move slow stock, or three small products dressed up as a saving that is not really there. So here is ours with the numbers on the table: what is in it, what it costs against buying the same three bottles separately, how long it lasts, and the cases where you should not buy it.
Key takeaways
- £31.99 for all three bottles, against £49.97 buying them separately. That is £17.98 off, just over a third off the separate total.
- 180 gummies, 60 per bottle. At two a day from each bottle, that is a full month across the whole stack.
- Full size bottles, not samples. Each one is identical to the bottle sold on its own.
- One delivery instead of three. UK delivery is free either way, but it arrives as one parcel.
- Do not buy it if you only want one. A single bottle is the better purchase, and we would rather say so.
What is in the box
Three full size bottles, each holding 60 pectin based vegan gummies.
Sea Moss Gummies, 5,680mg per serving
3,200mg wildcrafted Irish sea moss, 2,000mg bladderwrack and 480mg burdock root. Three botanicals, nothing else added. None of the three has an authorised health claim, so the label is a list of what is in it and how much.
Ashwagandha Gummies, 4,700mg per serving
2,500mg KSM-66 ashwagandha, 1,000mg lion's mane, 1,000mg ginkgo biloba, 200mg magnesium, 1.6mg vitamin B6 and 90 micrograms of vitamin B12. Vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal psychological function. Ashwagandha, lion's mane and ginkgo have no authorised claims.
Saffron Gummies, 4,755mg equivalent strength per serving
30mg of a 10:1 saffron extract, equivalent to 300mg of saffron, with moringa, maca, rhodiola, spirulina and L-theanine, plus 100mg magnesium and 2,000 IU of vitamin D3. The authorised claims here belong to the nutrients, not the botanicals: magnesium contributes to normal psychological function, and vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. The botanicals have no authorised claims, so we print the doses and stop there.
The maths, in full
We would rather show the arithmetic than assert a percentage.

Per day, across 180 gummies and a month of the full stack, that works out at a little over a pound a day for all three. Prices correct at the time of writing, September 2026. Check the product pages for the current ones.
The saving is real because the bottles are the same bottles. There is no smaller bundle size, no reformulated travel version and no substitution of a cheaper flavour. If you compared the bundle bottle against the standalone bottle on a kitchen scale you would not be able to tell them apart.
How long it lasts
Each bottle holds 60 gummies and the serving is two a day, so each bottle is a 30 day supply and the bundle is a month of all three together.
If you take one bottle at a time rather than all three daily, the same box becomes three months. That is a perfectly sensible way to use it and some people prefer it, particularly if they want to introduce one thing at a time and see how they get on with it.
What we test for
Every batch is third party tested by Eurofins for purity, potency and heavy metals. Heavy metal testing matters more than usual with seaweed, because seaweeds concentrate what is in the water around them, and that is as true of the good minerals as the unwanted ones.
All three are pectin based rather than gelatine based, so vegan, gluten free and dairy free. No fillers, no binders and no artificial colours.
Who this is not for
We would rather lose the sale than have the box sit unopened.
- If you only want one product. Buy that one. Three bottles at a discount is not a saving if two of them go unused.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. None of the three are suitable.
- If you have a thyroid condition, or take thyroid medication, lithium or amiodarone. Speak to your doctor before taking any seaweed supplement. Sea moss and bladderwrack are both seaweeds, and seaweeds carry iodine in amounts that vary.
- If you already take a separate magnesium supplement. Two of the three bottles contain magnesium, 300mg a day between them. That is above the 250mg a day upper level the EU Scientific Committee on Food set for magnesium from supplements, so add up your total before you start and speak to a pharmacist if you are unsure.
- If you have never taken any of them before. There is an argument for starting with one bottle, giving it a month, and then deciding. The bundle will still be here.
Frequently asked questions
Can I choose the flavours?
No. The bundle ships as a fixed set, one bottle of each product. If you have a strong flavour preference, ordering the bottles individually gives you the pick of whatever is in stock.
Are the bottles smaller than the ones sold separately?
No. 60 gummies in each, identical to the standalone bottles.
Is there a subscription version?
Subscribe and Save runs at 20% on individual products. For a month of all three, the bundle price is the better one.
Does the multi-buy discount apply on top?
No. The bundle is already priced as the discount, so it does not stack with the buy two or buy three offers on individual bottles.
What happens if I do not get on with one of them?
Contact us. We would rather sort it out than have you quietly stop buying.
If you are comparing us against other brands first, our gummy vitamin buyer's guide gives you the checks to do it with.
